After the end of classes and the start of a well-deserved break for students and teachers, the school year is coming to a close for our offices too... but not before completing a long list of essential tasks to wrap up the past year and prepare for the one ahead.
During these summer weeks, accounting and tax procedures are handled, financial statements and bank records are updated, communications are sent to families, and all administrative deadlines are carefully monitored. Paperwork for new public projects is prepared, training courses are organized, certificates and school documentation are reviewed, ministerial platforms are updated, and student and class data are put in order.
Logistical operations are also in full swing: welcoming new enrolments, planning extracurricular activities, updating mailing lists, preparing informational materials for the new year, and reorganizing spaces.
Meanwhile, the Management team create the new school timetable, meet with new families and prospective students, interview new teachers and interns, and continue to build relationships even outside the school calendar. The afternoon English school is also active, managing new enrolments and planning the courses for the upcoming academic year.
Staff will return early, at the end of August, to finalize preparations and get everything ready for the school’s restart on September 1st, when teaching activities will resume at the Viale La Plaia site and the summer club service (by reservation) will be available again at the Via Tempio site.
A brief reminder of the main school office closure dates:
• Via Tempio secretary’s office: open until Friday 8th August, from 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM, and reopening on Wednesday 27th August.
If you have any questions, concerns, or urgent matters, we recommend contacting us before the summer break.
Enjoy the rest of your holidays… we’ll see you in September, ready for a new beginning!
